It has been said -"Elections have consequences" but Christians know that "God is Consequential"--controlling providentially the outcome of all things, events, and their results. Today our study of the Providence of God will lead us to the undeniable conclusion that God is in total control of the events of our days and this truth will help us find Peace in times of turmoil and change.

The Anchor of a Godly Life--2 Peter 1:8-11

When we are diligent to live out the Seven Links in the Golden Chain we will discover that we have become attached securely to a strong Anchor. There are three hooks (Flukes) on the Anchor of Godliness that further secures the believer to a Fruitful, Stable and Hopeful life.

Pt 10. The Seven Golden Links in the Chain of a Godly Life: Love - II Peter 1:5-11

The Seventh Golden Link: LOVE--Love is the Link that Attaches us to the Anchor of a Fruitful, Stable, and Hopeful Life in Christ Jesus.

 

Jesus teaches us that Love is Love first for God and extends to our neighbor so that we may learn to love all men as the Good Samaritan loved his neighbor!
